Abhyanga Massage (60mins)


A nourishing full-body Abhyanga massage using warm, herbal oils.
This session is ideal for grounding the nervous system, easing tension
and restoring a sense of calm and embodiment.

Abhyanga Massage (75mins)


An extended Abhyanga session allowing deeper settling of the body
and mind.
With unhurried, rhythmic strokes and warm oil, this treatment supports circulation, digestion, and emotional balance.
Particularly beneficial during periods of stress, transition, or fatigue.

Abhyanga Massage (90mins)


A deeply restorative Abhyanga ritual offering spaciousness, presence and profound nourishment.
This longer session allows the body to fully soften, supporting detoxification, hormonal balance, and nervous system regulation. Recommended as a seasonal or therapeutic reset.

Abhyanga Massage + Sound Healing (110mins)


A ceremonial offering combining warm oil Abhyanga with gentle sound healing. After the body is nourished through touch, sound is used to support deep relaxation and subtle integration. This session invites stillness, emotional release and a sense of being held on all levels.

For those new to Āyurveda or seeking a more personalised experience,
we also offer combination sessions. These sessions combine listening and touch ; insight and embodiment.

The Foundation of Nourishment

A personalised session combining an Āyurvedic lifestyle consultation followed by an Abhyanga massage. This offering supports alignment with the current season, your constitution, and present life rhythms.

The consultation explores digestion, sleep, energy, stress and daily habits, followed by a nourishing oil massage to help the body integrate and receive the guidance offered.

Ideal for first-time clients or at the start of a new season.
