Vitality & Immunity Kriya Practice

A dynamic 20-minute Kriya which includes pranayama and mudra to stoke your inner fire, clear stagnant energy and build vitality and immunity from the inside out.
Expect to feel awake, spacious in the breath and grounded.

Some breathwork experience recommended.
